Polish Wedding Traditions
The Money Dance ~ This traditionally was to help fund the bride and groom's new home, or to help pay for their honeymoon. Guests would pin money to the bride's gown, as payment to dance with her.
Nowadays, the women also pin money to the groom's suit to dance with him.
