Irish Wedding Traditions
At an Irish wedding reception, the bridal party will usually do a traditional Irish dance for the bride and groom, to start off the festivities.
The traditional Irish wedding cake is a dense fruit one, rich in raisins, dried fruits, nuts and spices with more than a healthy dash of brandy thrown in for good measure!
