Designed in a southern Thai style, the resort is surrounded by 100 acres of lush tropical forest in one of Southern Thailand's last undisturbed natural environments. Each room features a polished teak wood floor, elegant Thai cotton fabric, bamboo curtains and beautiful Siamese artefacts.

The resort has direct access to the beach and features a superb infinity-edge swimming pool, equipped with jacuzzi, two restaurants and three bars. The resort also has a library, a resort shop, a gym and a variety of water sports including scuba diving.

For the not so active, guests can revitalise in the Pimalai Spa, which offers a host of aromatic massages, both Oriental and Western. The resort privacy and seclusion offered by the resort is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway.

Accommodation

The resort features 75 lavishly appointed rooms and suites offering king-size and twin beds, all decorated in classy contemporary Thai style design.

Pavilion Suite (right)

These fully air-conditioned luxurious suites are available in combination of one or two bedrooms, of either 110, or 160 square meters with excellent views of Ba Kan Tiang Bay.

A separate, elegantly appointed lounge opens out onto a wood sundeck and miniature garden of tropical shrubs, plants and flowers.

Bayfront Deluxe

The Bayfront Deluxe sets some 15 meters above sea level with superb views of the beach and the surrounding lush tropical nature.

Our superior rooms are set in sixteen small southern Thai style houses, each containing 4 rooms.

Pimalai Spa (left)

Set in a lush sloping valley, lies Pimalai Spa, where the winds bring flashes of light fragrances to the small walled treatment rooms, each named after a local flower. The Spa aims at bringing back guests to nature; built in the shape of a village style, the pretty small straw roofed 'Salas' blend totally with the natural beauty of the jungle.

Recreation

Available free of charge are canoes, windsurf, small sailing boat, mountain bikes and use of the Fitness room. Scuba diving in some of the best diving spots in Thailand can be arranged through our resort based diving operator (November to April only). The resort also programs, depending on weather and sea conditions, weekly snorkeling excusions to nearby Islands.

Transportation

Flight connections to Krabi are made easily through Bangkok's Don Muang International Airport. Thai Airways operates 3 to 4 daily flights (1hr20); P.B. Air (based in Bangkok) also operates 2 flights a week. The resort can also be reached by flying to Trang Airport where Thai Airways flies daily. Silk Air operates 3 weekly direct flights from Singapore to Krabi Airport.
