We know that every couple has different tastes
and requirements and that is why we meet with you as many
times as is needed to create your personal package and program
for the night. With our experience we have helped many brides
with all aspects of their wedding. Importantly, the banquet
co-ordinator you meet will take you right up to the day and
on this most important night will act as your personal assistant.
It will be a night that you will treasure forever.
Packages can include as much or as little as
you like. We individually design your wedding to suit your
requirements, and if you would prefer, we can help you organise
some items closer to the date of your wedding.
Typical examples of what can be included in
a package include the wedding cake, floral decorations, candelabras,
chair covers with bows, Master of Ceremonies, DJ as well as
accommodation for the wedding night at a 5 star hotel in Sydney.
Although weddings are our specialty, we also
cater for gala balls, conferences and seminars, engagement
parties, christenings and Christmas parties.

The
Deluxe Package
|
A Deluxe Wedding Package will normally include:
- Pre-wedding cocktail reception served in foyer
- beer, wine, soft drinks and sherry.
- 5 ½ hour wedding reception including
a 4 course meal followed by coffee, port and
after dinner mints.
- Meals served on an alternate basis (if desired)
at no extra cost.
- 5 hour beverage package including unlimited
consumption of beer, Australian wine and soft
drinks.
- Bridal coordinator.
- No room hire charge.
- Australian sparkling wine during the official
toast.
- Private bridal sitting room and marble bathroom.
- Master of Ceremonies.
