Planning your ceremony usually involves two meetings at my house. (if you live interstate and these personal meetings are impractical, then I can make alternative arrangements with you). At our first meeting, the necessary paperwork is completed (weddings), and we discuss the options available for your ceremony itself.

You then take the options booklet away with you to select the components and wording for your ceremony and at our second meeting we finalise the ceremony components that you have chosen.

I will then prepare your proposed ceremony for your approval or any amendments. I will always provide you with a bound copy of your ceremony at its conclusion along with the relevant certificate.

I use a quality PA system for most outdoor ceremonies and I am happy to conduct a ceremony rehearsal at most venues a few days prior to your ceremony.
